Choose the Toddle Rock Rocker of your choice and choose the state that the rocker will be shipped to and click on "Add to Shopping Cart."  Your order can be viewed at any time in the shopping cart by going to the bottom of the page and clicking on "View Shopping Cart."

When you have finished shopping click on "Go To Checkout Now".  Listed in your cart will be each Toddle Rock, Toddleman or Puff Pillows  you have chosen to purchase including item number, description, quantity, and price.  It will also have a total including shipping and handling.  At this point you can "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out" by filling out all the information and submit your order.

This is a secure shopping cart, however if you are afraid to use your credit card on line, you can check out with the shopping cart and choose to send a money order, cashiers check, personal check, or by fax.  If you choose one of these methods of payment, be sure to print the order and send or fax a copy along with your payment.  If you need to contact us by phone please call (334) 702-6761.

All sales are final.  The dimensions of the chair our given. Chairs can -not be returned except to exchange for a different fabric.

Only non personalized orders can be cancelled before an order is shipped. There is a restocking fee of $15.00 to all cancelled orders once the Toddle Rock is made.

We use UPS Ground to ship to  residential and business addresses.  Allow 5-7 business days for UPS shipping all orders.  We only ship to the continental US, APO and AE addresses. Toddle Rock is not shipping to Canada at this time because UPS requires us to use dimensional rates which makes the Toddle Rock expenses to ship to Canada.

 To see your shipping charges just click on the purchase button and enter your zip code.  You will see your total with your shipping charges you have not ordered yet.  You can continue checking out or you can click the "back" button to continue shopping.

If you are shipping to an APO, AE (US Military) address you must order at Our shopping cart is set to only accept UPS shipping. To ship to an APO. AE (US Military)  address using the USPS use the following zip code "44444" and you will be able to continue ordering.  We will adjust the shipping charges on this end and e-mail your charges. The approximate shipping cost will be $35.00 -$40.00 which includes delivery confirmation and insurance.  Please provide a current e-mail address. You can add additional information in the Special Instructions section of your order form.

You will receive an e-mail from UPS at the e-mail address you entered with your order giving your UPS tracking number.  Before you e-mail for your tracking information make sure your UPS e-mail in not listed with your spam e-mail.

If you submit an incorrect address you will be charged the UPS $11.00 fee for each box for incorrect addresses. If you need to see the UPS charges we will provide them for your reference. If any other UPS charges occur beyond the state UPS Ground Rates you will be charged for any address errors on your part.

Due to the size and weight, each chair must be shipped individually for the best shipping rates. Most orders are shipped within 5 days. Any orders can take up to 1 week to ship.

If you have a "special day" you need to receive your order please place that date in the Special Instructions when ordering.

All Sales Final/Exchanges


All sales are final.  The dimensions of the chair are given.  Toddle Rocks orders can not be returned except to exchange for a different fabric.

 You are welcome to exchange the chair for another fabric of your choice.  If you exchange your chair for a different fabric you are responsible for all shipping charges. All exchanges must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery date.

No refunds will be given to personalized chairs. Be sure you have entered all of your information correctly. 

You need to call 334-702-6761 within 3 days if your order is damaged.  We will issue a call tag and have your chair picked up.   You are required to repack the box the way you received it.   The rockers must be wrapped before shipping it.  Upon receiving the damaged chair we will issue you  a replacement. You will not be responsible for the shipping charges for damages during shipping.  We must be contacted within 3 days of your delivery date no exceptions.

You must contact us prior to returning any item (or items) for  exchange with the order number (a 12 digit number at the top of the order that looks like this 1736-3830-4320) and reason for exchange and obtain a return authorization number that must be included in the address.

All packages received that do not have a return authorization number written with the address will be refused.

This is the Return and Exchange Policy for the Generation Two Toddle Rock only. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle free return and exchange process for damaged chairs.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase call immediately. You can return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. There are no excepts to these guidelines. All Generation Two Toddle Rocks are made to order and we take much pride in our workmanship so all orders are thoroughly inspected before they leave our company. 

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment.  We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less all shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.  Please note no personalized product can be returned. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.  Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

Please contact us at 334-702-6761 or email us for further instructions on you return and to receive an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Absolutely no refunds are given to merchandise that is returned without an RMA.  Toddle Rock will not receive any package without an RMA and UPS will return it to you with added shipping cost.  In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 3 days and we will send you the correct or missing product at no cost to you.  Our customer service hours are Mon - Fri 8:00 to 5:00 Central Time.


Fabrics may appear slightly different due to the monitor that you are viewing.  You will need to look at the larger view of your fabric to see your selection clearly.
